Air Ticket Services

Tell us your departure airport, dates, passenger names as shown on passports, cabin preference, baggage needs and whether your dates are flexible. We look at total journey time, connection length, airport changes and arrival time—not only the headline fare.

Domestic services can shorten selected journeys within Sri Lanka, but schedules, baggage limits and weather disruption must be considered. A road alternative may still be needed. We will explain how a proposed flight connects with the rest of the route.

We provide the proposed airline, route, dates, local times, baggage allowance, fare conditions and total price available at that point. Fares and seats can change until payment and ticket issuance are complete. Check names, dates and passport details carefully; corrections may be restricted or costly.

Airline rules determine whether a ticket can be changed or refunded. Service fees may also apply and will be stated before purchase. If an airline changes or cancels a flight, the available remedy depends on its rules and applicable law.

Passengers remain responsible for passports, visas, transit permissions, health requirements and arriving at the correct terminal on time. We can point you to relevant information but do not make immigration or medical decisions.
