Act early 01
Whistleblower Policy
How to report suspected serious wrongdoing and what to expect after making a report.
If somebody may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
This policy covers good-faith concerns about fraud, bribery, theft, serious safety risks, unlawful conduct, exploitation, concealment of wrongdoing or a serious breach of company standards.
How to report
Use the contact details on our contact page and mark the message Confidential: whistleblower report. Employees may also speak to a senior manager who is not involved in the concern. Include dates, people involved and any records you can lawfully share. You do not need to prove the case before reporting it.
Confidentiality
We limit the report to people needed to assess it. Complete anonymity cannot be promised where law or a fair investigation requires disclosure, but the reporter’s identity will not be shared casually.
No retaliation
Retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern is itself a breach of this policy. A report that turns out to be mistaken is not misconduct when it was made honestly. Knowingly false or malicious allegations may lead to action.
What happens next
We acknowledge the concern where contact details are available, assess immediate risk, decide who should review it and keep a record of the outcome. Legal or emergency matters may be referred to the appropriate authority.
