Code of Conduct

• Give accurate information and keep commitments.
• Treat travellers, colleagues, suppliers and local communities with courtesy.
• Do not harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate against anyone.
• Do not work while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions and report hazards promptly.

Disclose personal or financial interests that could affect a business decision. Gifts or hospitality must never be used to secure an improper advantage. Cash gifts intended to influence a decision must not be accepted.

Use customer information, company systems, vehicles and equipment only for legitimate work. Protect passwords and confidential records. Do not copy, disclose or retain information without a proper reason.

Follow site rules, wildlife guidance and local law. Sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking and activities that harm children or vulnerable people are prohibited.

Report suspected breaches promptly. The company may investigate and take proportionate action, including ending an employment or supplier relationship where warranted.
