How we work 02
Workplace Values
Five practical values that guide decisions, feedback and day-to-day conduct.
A practical standard for everyday decisions.
Be accurate
Check information before passing it on. Distinguish confirmed arrangements from suggestions, and never hide uncertainty from a colleague or traveller.
Take responsibility
Follow a task through, keep the right people informed and flag a delay early. If you make a mistake, report it quickly so it can be fixed.
Treat people fairly
Listen without prejudice. Give colleagues, applicants, suppliers and travellers the same courtesy regardless of role, background or spending level.
Work as one team
Useful information should not stay in one inbox. Good handovers, clear notes and help during busy periods matter more than protecting territory.
Use good judgement
Policies cannot cover every situation. Put safety, legality and honest communication ahead of convenience or a quick sale. If a decision could harm a person, place or the company’s integrity, pause and ask for guidance.
