Share your flight number, arrival date, scheduled time and hotel address. For an airport pickup, the driver meets you at the agreed point after immigration and baggage collection. We monitor the flight details available to us, but ask you to contact us if your airline changes the flight number or date.

Transfers can connect hotels, villas, railway stations and recognised visitor destinations. The quotation states the pickup point, destination, vehicle and planned stops. Sightseeing, detours and waiting time are included only when agreed in advance.

Tell us the number of adults and children, the amount of luggage and any large items such as surfboards, golf bags or wheelchairs. A vehicle that fits the passengers may not fit all their luggage. Child seats and accessibility requirements should be requested before confirmation; availability must be checked.

We set out the agreed vehicle, pickup arrangements and the costs included. Entrance tickets, meals and additional stops are not assumed. Travel times are estimates because traffic, weather and road conditions change.
