Partners
Information for accommodation, transport, guiding, activity and service providers.
Use the route that fits your enquiry and share only the information requested.
We work with businesses and independent professionals whose service fits the trips we plan.
What we consider
Relevant factors include lawful registration, required licences and insurance, guest safety, response times, service consistency, clear rates, working conditions, environmental practice and how concerns are handled. A strong sales presentation does not replace current operating information.
Introduce your service
Send a brief description of what you provide, where you operate, who the service suits, capacity, contact details and a link to current information. State any licences or certifications precisely; we may ask to verify them later.
Working together
An introduction does not create approval, exclusivity or a minimum volume of business. Commercial terms, cancellation rules, payment details and service standards must be agreed before bookings are placed.
Expectations
Partners are expected to follow our supplier code of conduct and promptly disclose material safety incidents, ownership changes, licence changes or service limitations that could affect guests.
We do not accept undisclosed payments for editorial placement or traveller recommendations.
