Our standard 01
Equal Opportunity
Our commitment to fair access to work, development and respectful treatment.
Read this alongside the related policies and raise questions early.
Meth Travels aims to make employment decisions on ability, experience, conduct and the requirements of the role.
Our approach
We do not accept unfair treatment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital or family status, pregnancy, political opinion, or another status protected by applicable law.
This applies to recruitment, pay, work allocation, training, promotion, performance review and the end of employment. It also applies to contractors and people applying to work with us.
Reasonable adjustments
Applicants and colleagues may ask for a reasonable adjustment to take part in recruitment or perform their role. Requests are considered individually, taking account of the person’s needs, the work and what the business can reasonably provide.
Harassment and retaliation
Harassment, bullying and retaliation are not acceptable. A person who raises a concern in good faith should not be disadvantaged for doing so.
Raising a concern
Speak to your manager or use the contact details on our contact page. If the concern involves that person, contact another senior member of the company. Reports are handled as privately as a fair review allows.
