Rest, restore, explore gently
Three nights at an Ayurveda resort on the coast, then gentle days in the Kandy hills and tea country — time to slow down.
This trip puts rest first. It begins with three nights at an Ayurveda resort on the west coast, where you can choose treatments after a consultation, then moves inland to quiet hotels in the hills around Kandy and a tea-country bungalow.
We describe Ayurveda as a traditional wellness practice, not a medical treatment; please tell practitioners about any health conditions. Programmes vary widely between resorts, and we help you choose one that suits.
Bentota – Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
Transfer to your Ayurveda resort; consultation with the resident practitioner.

We suggest hotels at the level you choose — good-value, comfortable, boutique or premium — and explain why each one suits the route. You can swap any hotel before anything is booked.
